We had a major kitchen, family room, and powder room remodel with a couple of windows and doors thrown in for good measure. Erin Davis – the designer, and Scott Jaworski, the construction project manager, have it down to a fine art. They work together as a team, and extremely well with you as the client. You start by working with Erin on the design – which was outstanding. It was collaborative and creative. Erin (and Scott) saw things and offered insights and suggestions that improved on what we had in mind when we started. They are great at explaining why they are suggesting something and quick to provide examples. During construction, you won’t find a better project manager. Scott has a core group of high quality subs he works with and together they deliver what they say they will on time and budget. Communication lines are great throughout the project. There is a schedule and you can set your watch by it. And the work area is kept neat and clean. Unheard of! We are delighted with the results and happy to recommend Mosaik to others.
